What this build is
A static, downstream website shell for accepted 135 result objects. Weekly fantasy rankings remain a labeled development fixture. The CFB surface now contains an audited Post Week 1 production snapshot prepared for deployment, but it is not public history until an actual deployment stamps its publication time.
The website does not generate rankings, resolve canonical identity, reconstruct model states, or modify upstream model, registry, platform, audit, or signing artifacts.
